The man-child in question is Halberd ringleader Casey, who celebrates his 72nd birthday over this weekend! What better way to celebrate a birthday than a veritable back to back mates fest at one of our fave venues in London. Four bands for the night, each one brimming with....well, for legal reasons we can't say. But they're brimming with it.

The night opens with fledgling Symbyote who, off the back of demolishing the Black Heart for their live debut, are here to bring a full on sonic assault that rivals any heavy hitter in the game.
Following them are the wildly enjoyable, and energetically wild Them Bloody Kids, promising to bring their unique blend of heavy influences and absolute riffs.
Underground veterans (that just mean's Debs is getting old) Detoxen hit main support with their thrashtacular 3toxen live set, stripped back for one night only due to some tennis related shenanigans (better not to ask).

Halberd's neck-shattering thrash promises to have arms flying, legs spinning, and backs broken, providing the final blow to the 1-2-3-4 punch night at the Cart and Horses, birthplace of the legendary IRON MAIDEN (shameless name drop).
